At Earth & Herb Skin, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products that have been opened, used, or unsealed unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you change your mind about an unopened and unused product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Be in a resaleable condition
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs where possible
We may offer a replacement, refund, or exchange depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
